Non-Discrimination: City of Palms Charter High School (“The School”) agrees that it will not discriminate against students with disabilities who are served in the Exceptional Student Education (ESE) programs and students who are served in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) programs. discriminate in employment or any educational program or activity based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national or ethnic origin, marital status, disability if otherwise qualified or any other unlawful factor. The School will not deny admission to, nor withdraw, a disabled student based on a finding that the student needs a service delivery model not presently in existence at the School. The School will include non- discrimination statements and statements of inclusion in any application handouts or brochures concerning the School and on the School website.
